答：其中bug存在兩個(gè)方面，
1）在windowns中，當(dāng)文件只有只讀屬性時(shí)，is_writeable()函數(shù)才返回false，當(dāng)返回true時(shí)，該文件不一定是可寫的。
如果是目錄，在目錄中新建文件并通過打開文件來判斷；
如果是文件，可以通過打開文件（fopen），來測(cè)試文件是否可寫。

2）在Unix中，當(dāng)php配置文件中開啟safe_mode時(shí)(safe_mode=on)，is_writeable()同樣不可用。
讀取配置文件是否safe_mode是否開啟。
