Specialized synthesis belt furnace for LiFePO4 is mainly used for calcination, reduction and synthesis of metal powders and salt material. The furnace does not need boat-pushing system; feeding material is automatically sprayed onto the belt. The equipment has a large output and stable product quality with high automation level. The operation is simple, convenient and humanized. Every independent heating sector is equipped with thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR forming a closed-cycle control system to ensure precise control of temperature. It is the upgraded substitute of traditional push board kiln for the synthesis of high quality LiFePO4. It is collocated with special fast cooling technology which can remarkablely improve LiFePO4 quality. We have had three patents in belt-style furnace manufacting.
