This series of Horizontal vacuum annealing furnace consists of furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system, inflation system, gas cooling system, electric control system and furnace outer material car etc. It is mainly used for bright annealing, solid solution and aging, vacuum brazing of products like high-speed steel, high alloy tool or mould steel, electrical magnetic material, nonferrous metal,stainless etc and also for sintering of magnetic material. Furnace hearth of annealing furnace can be classified as graphite furnace  hearth and metal furnace hearth; the heating element of the graphite hearth is graphite rod with its insulation screen made of multilayer carbon felt and ceramic felt; while the heating element of metal furnace hearth is molybdenum with its insulation scereen made of molybdenum and stainless steel, which is mainly suitable for special material like Ti alloy, soft magnetic alloy etc.
