Multi-functions of dewaxing,vacuum,pressure sintering and quenching furnace
 
 

        This series of furnace has the functions of dewaxing, vacuum sintering, pressure sintering and quenching in one furnace. It not only can be used in independent function but also in muti-funtions.  The artificial intellectural remote control and diagnosis function are also introduced into the control system.This equipment has strong safeguard precautions,which will give an autoalarm and start the related interlock program to  ensure the safety of personnel,equipment and product when insufficient cooling water, water or electricity cutoff, gas deficiency, over pressure and the unusual situations occur. Although the product performance sintered is similar to that of 6MPagas pressure sinter furnace, the construction cost of the equipment and the production costs of the cemented carbide has been greatly reduced.
