This sinter HIP furnace is the key equipment for the production of high property cemented carbide. The sintered products have nice organization structure, strengthness and density.The equipment can achieve continuous different pressure de-wax vacuum sinter and pressure loading sinter process. It has atmosphere adjusting function to ensure atmosphere stable in furnace and the product quality is easy to control. Separate pressure control in the furnace to achieve constant pressure sintering. Specialized de-wax seal muffle is good for improving of temperature uniformity; directional gas flow de-wax strengthens the de-waxing effect. It achieves safety interlock, especially over temperature and over pressure multi-protections.
