Continuous belt conveyor boat-less reduction furnace for homogeneous super fine powder can be used for calcination and reduction of metal and its oxides powders to produce uniform fine particle metal powders.

         The furnace does not need boat system with material automatically sprayed onto the belt. The equipment has a large output and stable product quality with high automation degree. Specially designed sealing system can ensure the recycle of superfluous hydrogen. Every independent heating section has a close loop control system including thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.It is an upgraded substitute of tube type furnace.
