Double tube ,four tube and eigth tube reduction furnaces
Double tube,four tube and eight tube reduction furnaces are widely utilized to reduce tungsten oxides or Mo oxides into W powders or Mo powders in hydrogen atmosphere at certain temperature. This series furnace has a wide applications. It adopts rectangle muffle made of heat resistant stainless steel or use our company's patented corrugated muffle with a long service life, which is convenient to exchange heat elements and to maintain. The furnace can either be pneumatically or electrically pushing boat. Every independent heating section has a close-loop control system consisting of thermal couples, intellectual digital adjustor(PID) and SCR to ensure auto precise control of temperature. The four tube furnace 's tubes can be laid out with two on the top and two on the bottom structure or four pieces tube being parallel laid structure. By special design, working temperature of double tube, four tube and eight tube reduction furnaces can be reached to as high as 1050℃~1100℃ , which is an ideal equipment to produce coarse particle(18um) tungsten powder.
