       Spray drying and granulation equipment is used to dry and granulate wet milled cemented carbide suspension. Compared with Pellet mill and Riquett granulating, spray dried products are regular rounded shape,with uniform particle size,good flowability,compression property and shaping,uniform plasticizer distribution,stable unit weight,size and lower disqualification rate of pressed pieces.This equipment has a wide application.The milling medium can be alcohol or hexane,and the plasticizer can be paraffin, PEG, etc.it possesses high powder recovery rate,and the system is stable and reliable under continuous operation condition;The tower inner wall is clean and the tower body is easy to clean.
