It is kind of batch furnace. It can do surface treatment, especially surface black oxide coating, for PM iron based components and machined parts, in a furnace pot by heated up vapor. It includes furnace chamber, elevate device, ventilate blower, vapor boiler and temperature control system. 

        Cylinder furnace chamber includes furnace shell made of steel blank and profile bars, liner by refractory materials. Heating elements are placed on special bricks in liner wall. In the middle there is a furnace pot made of stainless steel and a ventilate blower on the furnace cap.

        Temperature control system includes thermocouples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to realize precise and automatic temperature control.
