Vacuum oil soak machine is mainly utilized to soak oil powder metallurgy parts, especially metal oil-retaining bearing parts. It includes vacuum system, oil system and electrical control system.

        There are two kinds of oil soak machine, automatic vacuum oil soak machine and double cylinder oil soak machine. Automatic oil soak machine adopts PLC programmable controller to control vacuum, oil temperature and motions of oil soak process. It works reliable and improves working efficiency. 

        Double cylinder oil soak machine adopts double oil soak cylinder structure. It also has automatic heat up oil tank with temperature adjustable.
