Steel belt conveyor furnace
 
 

       Steel belt conveyor furnaces are tailored to PM industry for the reduction of Fe, Cu, Co, Mo and W metal powders from respective oxides, also for the calc-inations and fine reduction of oxilate, APT and other metal salines.

       The equipment has a large output and a relatively simple structure and it is easy to adjust process parameters and control product quality, so it has been used an upgrading equipment replacing the old generation of furnaces, such as two-tube, four-tube and multi-tube reduction furnaces. It consists of load, reduction, slow cooling, cooling and unload sectors.

        Load sector includes load platform and entrance to muffle. On load platform there is a small load cart shuffling right and left to ensure well distributed feeding on the steel strip.

        The reduction sector muffle is corrugated which improve its heat deformation strength. Compared with the traditional ones, the service lift prolonged for at least 1.5 times.

        Entrance at the load sector is sealed by roller or by a gas curtain + fibre curtain, leading to small gas consumption and nice seal.

        Material convey system consists of steel belt, transmitting device and multi grade tension device. The belt speed is adjustable through the stepless frequency regulator, it has a device to calibrate the deviation of steel belt.

       Temperature close-loop control system includes thermocouples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.

                        1. Iron power apparent density: 2.3~2.6g/cm3, generally calculate at 2.5g/cm3;

                        2. Iron powder reduction time: 65~75min, generally calculate at 65min;

                        3. Iron powder thickness on the belt: 30~35mm, generally calculate at 33mm;

                        4. Iron powder width on the belt: belt width(mm) reduce 100mm
