Push type sinter furnace is a continuous equipment tailored to PM industry mainly for the sintering of PM parts. It consists of furnace body, boat pushing system and temperature control system. Furnace body is divided into several I independent heating sectors, in which heating elements are distributed at the top and bottom of the furnace body in a drawer style to ensure convenient installment and maintenance. Every section has its independent close-loop temperature control system including thermocouples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.
