This equipment includes loadsector, presintering sector sintering sector, slow cooling sector, water cooling sector and unload sector.
Belt convey system consists of high temperature resistant mesh and transmission devices, in which mesh speed is adjustable by a frequency adjustor and mesh speed is readable on the digital measure device.
Temperature close-loop control system includes thermocouples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.
Sinter hardening system can be deployed.
