It is a continuous furnace for PM industry, mainly utilized for vapor heat treatment of PM components. It includes a furnace body, a belt transmission system, temperature control system and a vapor boiler.

        This equipment includes load sector, preheating section(optional), black coating sector, cooling sector and unload sector. 

         Belt transmission system includes heat resistant belt and transmission device. Belt speed is regulated by a frequency transformer with digital visual belt speed detector.

        Temperature control system includes thermocouples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to realize precise and automatic temperature control.
