Horizontal Vacuum Sintering Furnaces
 
 

       DenLi company has exclusive intellectual property rights on horizontal vacuum sintering furnace (Patent number: ZL01234997.6). It is mainly used as atmosphere sintering, vacuum heat treatment and vacuum sintering of materials, such as stainless steel, cemented carbide, super alloy, heavy alloy, ceramic, magnetic alloy, carbide, boride, nitride, oxide and intermetallic compound.
       Horizontal water cooling structure is adopted in this furnace, with front door or double doors. Heat element can be graphite, Mo or W depending on working temperature and customer' demand. Heat elements are distributed in several heating zone, in which independent temperature control system with PID adjustors is adopted. Furnace body can be moved out as a whole to facilitate maintenance. Gas filling device is adopted to fill protective gas or working gas with controllable gas volume of flow. Gas cooling system in furnace or out of furnace can be added to the furnace to speed up cooling of materials, leading to shorter working cycle and higher efficiency.

         ●Rated loading is calculated by assuming that the packing density is 2 kilogram per liter.
         ●Above-mentioned standard outfits are subject to change according to customers' demands.
         ●Optional:
         1.Rapid cooling system inside or outside the furnace; 
         2.PLC and touch screen control system;
         3.Maxim vacuum can be as high as 6.67×10-3Pa if diffusion pump is added to the vacuum system; 
         4.Multi sector temperature control mode with FP21 as the main panel and PID as additional panel; 
         5.Heating  elements and heat shield is designed and installed to ensure the sintering temperature of over 2000℃; 
         6.Sub-atmosphere pressure sintering can be realized to improve density and quality of products sintered.
