Horizontal Vacuum De-Wax and Sintering Furnaces
 
 

       Horizontal vacuum de-wax or paraffin and sintering furnace is used for de-wax and sintering in vacuum or in certain gas for materials, such as stainless steel, cemented carbide, super alloy, heavy alloy, ceramic, magnetic alloy, carbide, boride, nitride, oxide and intermetallic compound. The de-waxing and sintering processes are realized in one furnace.

      Horizontal water-cooling structure is adopted in this furnace, with front door or double doors. Heat elements are distributed in several heating zones, in which independent temperature control system with PID adjustors is adopted to ensure accurate temperature control. Deliberately designed multi-lever water-cooled butterfly style wax collector and sealed furnace body are adopted to gather and collect wax. Furnace body can be moved out as a whole to facilitate maintenance. Gas cooling system inside or outside furnace can be added to the furnace to speed up cooling of materials, leading to shorter working cycle and higher efficiency. special designed sealed de-wax  furnace hearth and wax collector are adopted to avoid heating elements, to improve the efficiency of wax collection and de-waxing, and to improve uniformity of temperature distribution; Complete de-wax is realized by directional gas flow and avoidance of corners in the furnace. Micro sub-atmosphere constant presure sintering can be realized to inhibit evaporation of metal elements and to improve density and quality of products sintered.

   ●Rated loading is calculated by assuming that the packing density is 2 kilogram per liter.
   ●Above-mentioned standard outfits are subject to change according to customers' demands.
   ●Optional:
         1.Multi-zone temperature control mode with FP21 from SHIMADEN as the main panel and PID as additional panel to ensure independent heating of different zone according to designed heating curve. 
         2.Rapid cooling system is adopted to fill inert gas after sintering leading to fast cooling and decrease of production cycle and increase of efficiency; 
         3.Micro sub-atmosphere constant pressure sintering can be realized to inhibit evaporation of metal element and to improve density and quality of products sintered;
         4.PLC and touch screen control system are adopted to realize automatic sintering process, to improve reliability and avoid fault operation;
         5.Carbon potential is controled by multi-atmosphere;                6.Mo or W heating element can be chosen.
